A Huntsville man is facing charges after driving a vehicle into the side of a building.
Police were called to Rental City beside the Beer Store Wednesday night. Police say the 43-year-old man was driving with a disqualified license. Police seized the man’s vehicle for 45 days and issued another 3-day license suspension.
They say the man had been drinking. The driver is charged with driving while disqualified and will appear in court in June.
