An upgrade in internet service is an improvement to both the business and residential worlds in Gravenhurst.
This according to town official Renato Romanin, who says this new infrastructure helps bring the town into the future of business.
Romanin says it offers entrepreneurs and new business owners a new platform with which to reach customers and offer new services.
On Friday, Muskoka Parry Sound MP Tony Clement announced the feds would provide $500,000 towards the fibre optic upgrade being spearheaded by Vianet.
