Police have arrested a Huntsville man after an inappropriate touching incident.
Huntsville OPP says the incident happened on Wednesday around 9:30pm in the area of Main Street West and Ferguson Road. A woman was riding her bike and was approached by the man in a parking lot. Police say he touched her inappropriately and then left in his vehicle towards downtown.
As a result, police have charged the 40-year-old man with sexual assault.
He will appear in a Huntsville court on September 21st.
