There are severe thunderstorm warnings in effect for areas across Parry Sound and Muskoka.
Environment Canada says the areas under a thunderstorm warning include Bracebridge, Huntsville Gravenhurst, Parry Sound, Rosseau, Killbear Park and Port Carling.
Officials say these storms may produce heavy rain, strong winds and large hail.
They are reminding everyone to take cover when threatening weather approaches.
