The second annual Mark’s Ride will be held next weekend.
Organizers say the event is a bike ride through Algonquin Park with different distances to choose from.
All the proceeds will go towards a scholarship for a local law student in memory of Mark Reid, who passed away last year to cancer.
Last month, the first scholarship was given to Bonnie Greenaway, who is currently enrolled at a law school in Toronto. She was given $1,800.
Mark’s Ride will be next Sunday, September 11th.
