The Canadian Tire store on King William Street is looking to expand.
The proposal is being presented to the Town of Huntsville’s planning committee on Tuesday.
If approved will go to council on August 27th for final approval.
The planned expansion would see the removal of the existing gas bar to a location across King William Street and the garden centre expanding into that space. An overall building expansion on the southern end of the building into what is now the outdoor garden space is planned as well.
The final plan would also see an addition of seven parking spots for a total of 239.
