The snowy weather is moving in and that’s leading to cancellations and closures across the district today.
Here’s a list of all cancellations and closures reported so far:
- Georgian College Muskoka Campus in Bracebridge/Employment Centres closed
- All buses to Muskoka/Almaguin schools cancelled
- Muskoka Montessori School closed
- Meeting tonight for 1st Gravenhurst Girl Guides & Pathfinders cancelled
- Handsthefamilyhelpnet.ca Great Beginnings Program in Gravenhurst cancelled, reschedule details will be posted on their Facebook page
- Classes tonight cancelled at Karma Connection Yoga
- Huntsville Legion dinner and pool cancelled tonight
- Muskoka Family Connexions Huntsville Counselling Walk-in Clinic cancelled today
- Gravenhurst Council and Committee of the Whole meeting rescheduled to Thursday at 3:00pm
- Meeting of Support Group for Survivors of Suicide Loss cancelled tonight, will run as usual next Tuesday at 7:00pm
- Bracebridge United Church Out of the Cold dinner is cancelled tonight
- Bracebridge St. Joseph’s Church Out of the Cold lunch is cancelled today
- Billingsley Funeral Home presentation at the Huntsville Legion tonight postponed
- Macaulay Treehouse after school program cancelled for Macaulay, Monck and VK Greer Public Schools
- Muskoka Dance Connection meet cancelled tonight
- Huntsville and Dwight bus to Casino Rama cancelled for Wednesday
- Dance classes at Trillium Celtic Arts in Bracebridge are cancelled this evening
- Macaulay Treehouse Daycare program will end at 3pm
- Canusa cancelled this afternoon, night and tomorrow day shift
- The Winter Pantry food support program for residents of Baysville and Dorset has been cancelled for Wed. Feb. 13 and rescheduled to Thursday Feb 14 from noon to 5.
- Muskoka Family Focus is encouraging child care families and after school program families are encourage to p/u their kids by 4pm today if possible
- Muskoka District Kennel Club is cancelling Beginner Classes tonight
- Winter Pantry Food Program for Baysville and Dorset resheduled to Thursday from noon to 5:00pm
- TLDSB Committee of the Whole meeting rescheduled to tomorrow at 6:30pm
- All classes for the Bracebridge School of Ballet and Bracebridge Skating club have been cancelled this evening
- All programs at the Bracebridge Sportsplex have been cancelled and the Sportsplex itself is closing at 4:30pm
- The Bracebridge Public Library will be closing at 5 pm tonight
- Essential oils intro class at Seniors Activity Centre in Bracebridge postponed to March 12th at same time.
- The Bracebridge Sportsplex and Bracebridge Memorial Arena will be closing today (Tuesday February 12, 2019) at 4:30 pm. All classes and programs have been cancelled.
