Public Safety Canada and the OPP are asking drivers to plan ahead by creating a winter storm emergency kit. After yesterday’s blizzard, it’s important that we all have a few items in our vehicle in the event of an emergency. OPP Constable Lynda Cranney has some tips on how to start your emergency kit.
