This fun and informative event runs October 4th to 6th at Muskoka Mind and Body in Gravenhurst. Guests can choose to attend individual sessions or enjoy the whole weekend.
Events include Sound Bath Meditation and Yoga, Discussions about Autoimmune Diseases and Osteopathic Joint Mobility issues. Closing off the weekend with a discussion on an Osteopathic and Reflexology approach to pregnancy, infants, postpartum and children.
